The Cobra Air-X 2024 is developed for those with lower swing speed and/or those seeking assistance in correcting a slice. All components of the club – head, shaft, and grip – are designed to be as light as possible. The low weight in the club makes it easier for you to swing it quickly, resulting in higher club speed and longer shots. Additionally, achieving more distance is possible by hitting your golf shots a bit higher, and that's why the Cobra Air-X has an extra-low center of gravity and higher loft on the clubs. This combination works wonders for the ball flight and your distances.
The Air-X features a carbon fiber top to reduce weight in the sole. Extra weight has also been placed towards the heel to make it easier for the toe to rotate, helping you avoid an open blade at impact. The driver also has extra offset, making it easier to achieve a straight blade at impact. Air-X is a true slicer killer that, combined with more loft, provides longer and straighter shots.
LIGHTWEIGHT DESIGN Using a lighter head, shaft and grip makes the club feel significantly lighter and easier to swing compared to a traditional driver.
CARBON CROWN Using a lighter carbon crown material, Cobra are able to remove weight from the head. Resulting in a truly lightweight driver.
BACK/HEEL WEIGHTING Weight is localized in the back and heel to create stability on off center hits with draw bias for those that need it.
OFFSET DESIGN In addition to heel weighting, a new hosel design with 20% more offset helps to further eliminate a golfers' slice so they can find more fairways.
