Srixon ZXi5 is a players performance iron that blends distance and forgiveness without giving up the look and feel better players demand. A wider sole than the ZXi7, moderate blade length and moderate offset make the ZXi5 a more accessible chassis while keeping the clean, refined shaping that runs through the whole ZXi family. A forged Sup10 steel face is paired with a forged S20C body and tungsten weighting, all produced at Japan's premier forging house, Endo. Progressive grooves run through the set – wider in the 3i–7i for longer shots, deeper and closer-set in the 8i–AW for approach spin. Laser milling between every groove to enhance friction in all conditions.
MainFrame iQ is a variable-thickness network of grooves, channels and notches precision-milled into the back of every ZXi5 face. At impact these features flex together to maximise energy transfer, delivering more speed more consistently across the entire face.
Condensed Forging stretches from the high-toe area and along the topline of the blade, enhancing overall strength, durability and feel. The forged faces on ZXi5 are then softened to improve on that already exceptional feel at impact.
Srixon's Tour V.T. Sole combines proprietary sole widths, bounce angles and notches to take turf interaction to a new level of detail. The club glides smoothly through fairway, rough and sand without losing speed, even when you enter the turf slightly behind the ball.
